Product Overview

Product Technical Positioning and Core Characteristics

This product is a traditional oil-immersed distribution transformer, with mineral oil as the core functional medium. On one hand, it relies on the high insulation resistance of mineral oil (≥1×10¹⁴ Ω·cm) to isolate the electrical connection between the iron core and windings, preventing short-circuit faults. On the other hand, it utilizes mineral oil’s high specific heat capacity (approximately 2.1 kJ/(kg·K)) and fluidity to quickly conduct heat generated during operation, achieving efficient heat dissipation. Its heat dissipation efficiency is 15%-20% higher than that of dry-type transformers with the same capacity. Meanwhile, mineral oil is easily available and has a mature production process, so the overall equipment purchase cost is 25%-30% lower than that of environmentally friendly oil transformers. With outstanding cost advantages, it is suitable for basic power distribution projects with limited budgets.
